Move-In Charges:
* Lease Term: 12 months
* Monthly Rent: $1,900
* Last Month’s Rent, Security Deposit, and Pet Fee (if applicable)

* Pets: Maximum of 2 pets allowed. $250 non-refundable fee per pet. Dangerous
